Poretti Carafe Glassware Promotion

1.    This promotion is open to all persons aged 18 or over and resident in England and Wales, other than employees, and their immediate families, of Carlsberg Marston’s Brewing Company Limited (Promoter), its associated companies and anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.

2.        The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants. The Promoter may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for this purpose and a Glass (as defined below) may be withheld until the Promoter is satisfied with the verification.

3.    To participate in this promotion you must purchase Birrificio Angelo Poretti 12x330ml, 660ml or 4x440ml pack (Qualifying Purchase) at a ASDA store which is displaying the promotional material advertising this promotion (Participating Store).

4.      The promotion starts on 12^th September 2024. All Qualifying Purchases must be made before the promotion closes on 9^th October 2024 (Closing Date). The Promoter accepts no responsibility for purchases made after the Closing Date for any reason. Glasses can only be claimed by taking the Glass to the checkout with a Qualifying Purchase. Service is at the discretion of checkout staff at the Participating Store.

5.        One Carafe may be claimed per person per week. Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer.

6.      There are 30 Birrificio Angelo Poretti Carafes (Glasses) available to be claimed at each Participating Store. Glasses are subject to availability, while stocks last. Please check availability before purchase.

7.      The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a Glass for an alternative item of at least equal value if circumstances make this necessary. No cash or other alternative will be offered in whole or in part.

8.       The Promoter reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the promotion and / or revise these terms and conditions at any time without giving prior notice and, by continuing to take part in the promotion subsequent to any revision, entrants shall be deemed to have agreed to the amended terms.

9.          Entry into this promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions. Failure to comply with these terms and conditions will invalidate a claim for a Glass.

10.     If any provision of these terms and conditions is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid.

11.    This promotion and all issues arising out of it shall be governed in accordance with English law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
